This page lists every change to the Ampe Rush legal documents, newest first.
For material changes, we also tell you in the game before they take effect. For the Terms, that is at least 30 days before.

1.Change log

16 October 2026	Privacy Policy	First public version for launch. It replaces the pre-release test-build notice. It states that we do not store sign-in email addresses or the tap logs used for score checks, gives retention periods for every type of data, and adds regional sections for Ghana, the EEA/UK/Switzerland, the US, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.
16 October 2026	Terms of Service	First public version for launch. It replaces the pre-release test-build terms, and adds cultural heritage, notice and appeal, complaints, liability and Apple/Google sections.
16 October 2026	Virtual Items, Currencies & Purchases	New: currencies, price list, refunds, right of withdrawal, no random paid items.
16 October 2026	Advertising, Cookies & Similar Technologies	New: ads only when you choose to watch one, consent choices, and the device storage table.
16 October 2026	Fair Play & Community Rules	New: score verification, rules, display names, enforcement and appeals.
16 October 2026	Children & Families	New: parents' guide and controls.
16 October 2026	End User Licence	New: the licence for all platforms, and Apple App Store terms.
16 October 2026	Service Providers	New: the list of providers, with locations and transfer safeguards.
16 October 2026	Delete your account	First public version for launch. It clarifies how to request deletion by email without a sign-in email address, the Facebook confirmation code, and what is kept.

2.Earlier versions

Before 16 October 2026, Ampe Rush was available only as a pre-release test build, with draft notices. If you need a copy of an earlier version of any document, email support@wontah.com.
