Ampe Rush · Legal
Children & Families
Last updated: 16 October 2026 · Effective: 16 October 2026
The short version
- Ampe Rush is for players aged 13 and over. It is not made for, or aimed at, children under 13.
- Players don't need to give a name, email or phone number. There is no chat. Other players see only a display name, country and scores.
- Ads play only when the player taps to watch one. Purchases go through Apple or Google, so you can require your approval for every purchase.
- You can turn off personalised ads and notifications, and delete the account and its data at any time.
1.Who Ampe Rush is for
- Ampe Rush is based on the clapping-and-jumping game many of us played in the school yard, but this version is designed for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13.
- Players under 18 (or under the age of majority where they live) need a parent or guardian to agree to our Terms for them. Parents are responsible for their teen's use of the game and any purchases.
- In some countries, a young person must be older than 13 (up to 16 in parts of the EEA) to consent alone to optional uses of their data, such as personalised ads. Below that age, the parent or guardian's consent is needed. Section 4 shows how to give or refuse it.
2.If a child under 13 is playing
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email support@wontah.com with the subject "Child account". Include the player ID from the bottom of the Settings screen if you can, or the display name and country. We will delete the account and its data. You can also delete it straight away in Settings → Delete account.
3.What the game knows about your teen
- A random player ID, and a hashed device ID. No real name, email or phone number is needed. If your teen signs in with Google, Apple or Facebook, we keep only that account's identifier, not the email address.
- Game data: scores, progress, currencies, items and purchases.
- A display name and country, which are shown publicly on leaderboards. Encourage a name that does not reveal who they are. Our name rules forbid personal details.
- Friends who added them through an invite link or Facebook can see their name, country and scores. There is no chat, no messaging between players and no photos. We never upload phone contacts.
- Usage analytics to improve the game, without names or emails.
The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

5.Ads and purchases, plainly
- Ads play only when the player taps "watch", for a continue or a reward. There are no ads that interrupt play. Google serves them (see ads notice).
- Purchases are optional, with real money, in the iOS and Android apps only. The web game has no real-money purchases. The price list is in our Virtual Items policy. No paid item has a random outcome: there are no loot boxes, and there are no subscriptions.
- Everything in the game can also be earned by playing.
- If your teen bought something without your permission, ask the store for a refund (how), and tell us if you need help.
6.A few tips
- Agree together on a display name that doesn't give away a real name, school or location.
- Talk about in-game currencies being real money when bought, and about asking before any purchase.
- Invite links can be shared with anyone. Remind your teen to share them only with people they know.
7.Contact
Parents and guardians can reach us at support@wontah.com (subject "Parent"). We read every message.
