Delete your Ampe Rush account

1.In the game (instant)

1. Open Ampe Rush on iPhone, iPad, Android or the web at ampe.wontah.com/play.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately, and the game starts again as a new guest.

This works whether or not you signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook. If you signed in and no longer have the original device, install the game on any device, sign in with the same account, then delete it from Settings.

2.By email (no app needed)

Send an email to support@wontah.com with the subject "Delete my Ampe Rush account". Include as many of these as you can:

• your player ID, shown at the bottom of the Settings screen (for example "ID 1a2b…");
• your display name and country, as shown on the leaderboard;
• roughly when you last played, on which device, and anything you bought or own (for example No Ads, or an outfit).

Email a deletion request

We do not store the email address of your Google, Apple or Facebook account, so we cannot find an account from an email address alone. To protect players, we may ask a question to confirm the account is yours. We then delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

3.Facebook data only

To remove only what we received from Facebook, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (Facebook sometimes moves this menu). Then remove Ampe Rush. Facebook sends us a deletion request, and we immediately delete:

• your app-scoped Facebook ID and the encrypted Facebook token;
• every friend link that came from Facebook.

Facebook then shows you a link to this page with a confirmation code. The rest of your Ampe Rush account stays, and you can delete it with option 1 or 2.

4.What is deleted

• Your player record, profile, display name, country, language and time zone, hashed device IDs and session tokens.
• Linked Google, Apple and Facebook sign-ins. Your Apple sign-in token is revoked with Apple, and the stored Facebook token is deleted.
• Runs, scores and leaderboard entries (all-time, weekly, Daily Rush and friends).
• Progress: goals, streak, milestones, Daily Rush attempts, and the outfits and dances you own and wear.
• Medallions: your balance and purchase history held by RevenueCat (we ask RevenueCat to delete your customer record), and our records of medallion grants.
• Cowries and their history, kente shields, Adinkra artefact charges, upgrades, the Adinkra album, and perks (Double Cowries, No Ads, Starter Pack).
• Our purchase records and copies of purchase notifications, and rewarded-ad records.
• Friend links, invite codes, push notification tokens and settings, and your inbox.
• Analytics linked to your player ID, within 30 days.

5.What is kept, and for how long

• Database backups: made daily and kept for 7 days, so deleted data disappears from them within 7 days.
• Server logs: kept up to 30 days. They contain only pseudonymous IDs, never your IP address.
• Daily totals (for example "players deleted today"), which contain nothing about you.
• Apple and Google keep the record of what you bought in your store account, under their own policies. We keep no copy of your purchase records after deletion.
• Support emails about your request, for up to 24 months, so we can show that we handled it.

6.Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent. Medallions, cowries, shields, artefact charges, outfits and progress cannot be recovered, and we cannot refund them.
• One-time purchases (No Ads, Double Cowries and the Starter Pack's outfit) can be restored onto a new account with Restore purchases, using the same store account. The Starter Pack's medallions, cowries and shields are not granted again.
• Ampe Rush has no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel first.
• Want to remove only some data, such as your leaderboard name or analytics? Email support@wontah.com with the subject "Privacy" and tell us what to remove.
